Bioinformatics and E-Healt Technologies

We study how to apply Information and Communications Technologies to biomedical and health scenarios:

  • we implement data mining and machine learning approaches for analyzing large scale biological, clinic and genetic data;
  • we developed a framework to conduct experimental analysis NGS data;
  • we implement scalable cloud-based solutions for managing large scale biological, clinic and genetic data.
