Bioinformatics and E-Health Technologies

We study how to apply Information and Communications Technologies to biomedical and health scenarios:
  • we implement data mining and machine learning approaches for analyzing large scale biological, clinic and genetic data;
  • we developed a framework to conduct experimental analysis on NGS data;
  • we implement scalable cloud-based solutions and decision support systems for managing large scale biological, clinic, and genetic data;
  • we implement networking solutions for e-health scenarios.
